CRCA Steel Strips 2.0mm thick for Header Pipes in 75mm or 90mm dia. as per customer specification & drawing.

• Width - 226,300,355,380,400 & 520mm
• Number of Elements (Fins): 1 to 50
• Flutes: 7,9 & 21
• Radiators are treated with 3-in-1 solution for De-phosphating & De-greasing prior to application of 2 coats of Zinc Chromate Red Oxide Primer for Anti Corrosion. Enamel / Epoxy based painting and hot dip galvanized finishing can also be done as per customer requirements. We can also supply non- standard sizes with the flexibility to meet customer requirements.
Air Bag/Cells for Separator of Transformer
Fluid protection is very vital in oil cooled power transformers to avoid mishaps and losses. AIR-CELL has been specifically developed for fluid protection. AIR-CELL has impermeable fabric coated with compatible polymers and acts as the breather bag / separator. AIR-CELL is placed inside the conservator. It compensates oil volume displacement due to temperature variation during operation and ensures effective separation of transformer oil from air.
